ABOUT THE SPEAKER:
About our speaker: Michael Moore, is a Learning & Development Specialist, with Insperity’s Middle Market, Human Capital Solution Group.
Michael has over 20 years of experience in training, HR, operations and management. Prior to joining Insperity, Michael held positions as Training and Staffing Specialist at Telesis Community Credit Union, Learning & Development Specialist/HR Generalist at IKEA and Leadership & Development Manager for Kinko’s Western Region. Michael is a graduate of University of California, Davis with a Bachelor of Arts in Dramatic Arts, including coursework in Educational Theory. Michael has taken continuing coursework at UCLA Extension in the area of HR Development.
Michael is an experienced facilitator in Situational Leadership; Management Performance; Interviewing & Hiring; On the Job Training; Performance Appraisals; Coaching; Motivating Teams; Managing Systems; Financial Operations; Customer Satisfaction Classes.
